Thank you to everyone that attended GenderSpectrUM 2013 at the University of Montana on November 22nd. Providing progressive perspectives on the systems of gender, GenderSpectrUM focuses on education and activism around gender diversity.

Traditionally, November 20th is the annual transgender day of recognition. GenderSpectrum brings life to a day that generally focuses on death, and raises awareness of progressive trans* movement while recognizing those whose lives were cut far too short.

The Gender Expansion Project, in collaboration with the University of Montana Lambda Alliance, hosted the event on November 22nd at the University of Montana.

Join us for a panel discussion on breaking the binaries of traditional perceptions of gender, creating an environment of acceptance and understanding, and building healthy and vibrant communities for individuals of gender diversity.

GenderSpectrUM is free to the public.
